How to delete your account
Open Metrik and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.
Email request
You may also email support@getmetrik.app from the email address associated with your Metrik account and request deletion.
What may be deleted
- Your account profile and authentication-linked app data.
- Metrics, goals, entries, notes, points, streaks, and progress data associated with your account.
- Friend connections, friend requests, comments, reactions, and shared check-ins associated with your account.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained if required by law, for security, to prevent abuse, to resolve disputes, or for backup and operational purposes for a limited period.
