Common questions
How do I connect Apple Health?
Open Metrik, go to Settings, choose Connections, and enable Apple Health for supported metrics. You may also need to confirm permissions in the iPhone Health app or iOS Settings.
Why is my Health data missing?
Make sure Apple Health permission is enabled for Metrik, your device has recorded the data, and the metric is connected in Metrik.
Can I track things manually?
Yes. Metrik supports manual entries for custom metrics and selected built-in metrics.
Can friends see all of my data?
No. Community and sharing features are intended to show only information you choose to share or information needed for friend features such as leaderboards.
